The intermediate levels bring together students of very different levels and backgrounds. Materials adapted to the different levels enable students to make progress in their knowledge of the Italian language and culture, stimulating their curiosity and responding to their interests.
During this last semester at the School, students will focus on the key aspects of Italian culture, covering both history and current affairs. Particular attention will be given to Italian songs from the second half of the 20th century, examined through their social implications. Oral expression, both continuous and interactive, will be emphasized.
This group is aimed at students with a wide range of backgrounds; in addition to those who have already studied Italian at secondary school as a second language and/or in ESABAC, there are also students who have lived in Italy and those of Italian origin.
