Digital Resources Usage Policy

The Library subscribes to licences from scientific publishers in order to make the corresponding resources available to you for academic use for teaching and research purposes. These resources are protected by intellectual property law.

The contractual terms negotiated by the Library with the publishers of these resources require you to comply with certain rules, which you must accept before using the resources:

• It is prohibited to download large amounts of data, under penalty of automatic blocking of your account.

• The use of resources must be personal and linked to the courses you are taking and/or the assignments and research entrusted to you by the schools. No commercial, promotional or lucrative use of these resources is permitted.

• Access to resources is authorised for the duration of your enrolment in our schools or the contract binding you to them. You agree not to access or attempt to access all or part of the resources subscribed to by the Library beyond these authorised access periods.

• You are personally and exclusively responsible for any access to the resources using your username and password. You agree not to disclose them to third parties.

• You agree to comply with copyright restrictions or other restrictions imposed by publishers regarding access to or use of the resources.
