This course targets students interested in strategy consulting or in entrepreneurship. It is an introduction to analysis of markets and competition from a business point of view to build a sustainable and profitable strategy. We deal with major frameworks to analyze markets and competition as well as main concepts and options about price and product strategies, innovation strategy and UX, digital economic models and circularity of economic models.
